Are your products pasteurized?
Yes, all our yoghurts are pasteurized.
Can the yoghurts be frozen?
No, as this affects the texture of the yoghurt when defrosted, so we would not recommend it.
Does Ski yoghurt contain probiotic cultures?
We no longer have probiotic cultures in Ski Yoghurt. The lactic cultures declared on the ingredient list are the cultures used to make the yoghurt.
What is the calcium content of your products?
The calcium level in the new Ski Yoghurts is approximately 110mg per pot, solely derived from milk.
Are your products suitable for vegetarians?
Ski Yoghurts are suitable for vegetarians but Ski Mousses are not suitable, as they contain beef gelatine.
